Data Recovery Descriptions:
Basic:
Recovery of drives with little or no media damage. Examples include: format / delete recoveries, corrupted partition information, minor block damage etc.
Advanced:
Recovery of drives with medium to severe media issues, including drives that need stabilizing before recovery is performed.
Clean Room:
Recovery of drives with physical failure. Examples include: clicking drives, no power, unstable drives, head crash, flood / fire damage etc.
General Information:
Deposits:
Hard Drives $75, RAID Systems $250. Deposits are due upfront and are non-refundable, but are applied towards the final recovery cost.
Delete or Format Recovery:
$150 fee due upfront. Fee is not applied towards recovery costs and is non refunable. Recovery cost will be basic pricing scale.
Evaluation Time:
Evaluations are started same day if media is received by 2:00 PM. The initial evalutaion can take up to 2 business days in some cases.
Recovery Time:
Once the initial evaluation is complete and client approval is received, data recovery completion can take up to 2 days. Clean Room recoveries, Mac recoveries and Raid recoveries can take 5-7 days, on average, from start to finish.
Priority Service:
For a $250 fee the evaluation will be started immediately. For a 50% increase in price (100% increase for weekends and holidays) your job will be immediately worked on continuously until completion.
Destination Media:
We will supply up to 20GB of data on DVDs. If there is more than 20GB of recoverable data a target drive is needed, the client will be given the option to provide their own or purchase one from OC Data Recovery.
